...across the Floyds Fork valley just north of Taylorsville Road. Echo Trail now will become the 'park boundary road' through much of this area with the purchase of 23 acres near the intersection of South English Station Road and Echo Trail. Purchased by Future Fund and funded by 21st Century Parks, this new acquisition is just across the street from the new Louisville Equestrian Center. This is the32nd property to be purchased as part of The Fork's creation. This is the largest parks project of its kind in the country, unique in that the park will be a compilation of numerous diverse properties, such as this recent acquisition, cutting through the last undeveloped part of our metro area.
